Service Description
Our Fire Insurance Coverage provides protection for buildings (houses, offices, stores, factories, warehouses) and/or personal belongings against damages and/or loss caused by fire, lightning, explosions, smoke, and impact of aircraft.
Coverage
Objects that are covered under this insurance:
- Buildings
- Machinery
- Supplies
- Furniture/Office inventory/Factory/Warehouse
Objects that are excluded:
- Goods/things put in safekeeping based on trust/commission
- Gold/Diamond
- Antiques/Fine Arts that are valued above 2,500,000
- Archives and important/valuable documents
Coverage Upgrade
With additional premium payment, client’s Fire Insurance coverage can be upgraded to include the following protection:
- Earthquake and volcanic eruption
- Typhoon, windstorm, and water damage
- Removal of Debris based on the first claim, Max. 10% x TSI
- Landslide
