Service Description & Coverage
3 options of ICC (Institute Cargo Clause) are available under this coverage:
· ICC “C”
- Fire & Explosion
- Cargo vessel drowned or overturned
- Land transportation overturned
- Collision with another cargo vessel/other vessel type
- Emergency cargo removal at the harbor due to ship damages
- Cargo being thrown overboard for the safety of the ship
· ICC “B”
- Fire & Explosion
- Cargo vessel drowned or overturned
- Land transportation overturned
- Collision with other vessel/cargo vessel
- Emergency cargo removal at the harbor due to ship damages
- Earthquake, volcanic eruption, or Lightning Strike
- Cargo being disposed or thrown overboard
- Vessel/Ship being breached by river, lake or sea water
- Total loss, missing or collapse of cargo during load/unload
· ICC “A”
- For any particular cargo that are declared under the “All Risks” condition, with deductibles that are agreed by AGGI
